Q: We’ve been hacked! Can you help?
A: Yes. We’ll respond immediately to assess what’s happened and contain the damage. With years of incident-response experience, we’ll guide you through every step and bring in specialist expertise such as digital forensics if and when it’s required.
Q: We have a very limited amount of money to spend on Infosec. Is it worth it?
A: Yes. We focus on what matters most. We’ll assess your organisation and give you a clear, prioritised plan showing where to invest time and money for the greatest risk reduction within your budget.
Q: Do you do pentests?
A: We don’t run pentests ourselves, but we act as your facilitator. We help you work out what testing is actually needed, connect you with the right experts, and guide you through the results so you understand what they mean and what action to take. This way you only pay for the testing that matters, and you get clear advice without extra overhead.
Q: Do you do OT/ICS?
A: Yes. We have experience with SCADA and DCS, mainly in the energy sector and local councils for water and waste. We can also arrange OT pentesting and physical security assessments through trusted partners.
Q: Why do your services cost less?
A: Because we focus on what matters. By combining a clear understanding of your business with years of experience, we can identify the key tasks that deliver the biggest security gains. This avoids wasting time and money on box-ticking exercises that add little value, so you get more impact for less cost.
Q: Can you keep an eye on our IT environment (do you do operational security)?
A: Yes, we offer targeted services to monitor your IT environment, such as checking that no vulnerable services are exposed to the internet, but we do not currently provide a full Security Operations Centre (SOC).
